Nevada & Clark County Law
Clark County Code 10.36 and Las Vegas Municipal Code 7.36 prohibit the sale of dogs and cats in public rights-of-way, parking lots, and swap meets. Commercial breeders must be licensed. Violations can result in fines and seizure of the animals.
