Ways You Can Make a Difference

From donating to volunteering and spreading awareness, every action you take helps protect Nevada's animals

Nevada Animal Advocates is a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting for the protection and rights of all animals across Nevada. We have applied and waiting for our 501(c)3 status from the IRS. We are driven by a firm belief that animal cruelty, abandonment, and neglect must be met with serious consequences—not just fines or temporary penalties. Our mission is to raise awareness, influence legislation, and hold lawmakers accountable to ensure stronger animal protection laws. Through advocacy, education, and public engagement, we aim to be a powerful voice for the voiceless and create a safer, more compassionate Nevada for every animal.

If you are a non-profit, rescue or other animal advocate and would like to partner with Nevada Animal Advocates? Contact Us today and we'll link our visitors to you directly. This can be for volunteering, fostering, adopting, whatever your needs are....

Online Donation

Online donations are the backbone of our advocacy work. They allow us to campaign for stronger animal protection laws, support rescue partners, and amplify voices that would otherwise go unheard. Every dollar goes directly toward making meaningful change in Nevada—from funding awareness campaigns to mobilizing community action.

Your contribution, no matter the amount, helps us fight for animals who can’t defend themselves. If you believe in justice, compassion, and a future where cruelty has consequences, now is the time to act. Donate online today and stand with us as a voice for the voiceless.

Foster & Adoption Needed

While our core mission is legislative advocacy, we proudly support the broader network of shelters and rescue groups that give animals a second chance. Our adoption-focused efforts connect the public with trusted partners to promote safe, loving homes for animals in need. It’s one thing to fight cruelty—it’s another to help animals find healing.

By supporting foster and adoption, you’re helping reduce overcrowding in shelters and giving deserving pets a future filled with care. Ready to open your heart and home? Learn more about adoption opportunities and help a rescued animal find the love they deserve.

Educational Programs

Knowledge is power—and in the fight for animal rights, it’s also protection. Our educational programs are designed to inform, empower, and inspire Nevadans of all ages. Through workshops, presentations, and community resources, we raise awareness about the realities of animal abuse, the importance of legislative reform, and the steps individuals can take to make a difference.

When people understand the problem, they become part of the solution. Education is the first step toward lasting change.
